Founded in 2024 by siblings Bárbara and Rodrigo, two Brazilians who came to California with big dreams and a deep love for food and people, Benedict’s started as a bold idea—and quickly turned bombastic and viral. What began as a food truck became a local sensation almost overnight, fueled by big flavors, huge sandwiches, and an unbeatable vibe.

Rodrigo brings years of hands-on experience in food and farmers markets, while Bárbara leads with a strong background in finance, administration, and marketing. Together, they created the perfect balance of creativity and strategy, driving Benedict’s rapid growth and loyal following.
